近日天氣的驟變,陰晴不定,乍暖還寒,天文台預測未來數天氣 溫會下降至12、3度,請小心保重身體。昨晚濕度極高,達91%, 溫度也有20℃,幸好有點微風,不然在運動場連續走20km(50 laps),都咪話唔辛苦﹗……及悶……
1:43:01 走畢20km,給我的感覺是〝好犀利〞,10km後Ivan的加入,大家一起邊跑邊傾談,相信是驅走煩悶的其一方法,而個人忍耐力也是成功練好長跑重要關鍵。昨晚在速度控制方面恰到好處,把前10km/51’41.96” 和後10km/51’19.04”作比較,發現後10km比前10km走得還要快,即說明大家的體力沒有下降,大家一起努力吧! 加油! 希望各人都創出PB……
練習過後,相約好的Ah Wing & Fafa 已到達,我們便前往牛池灣千億茶餐廳晚膳,一起相討報名參加將於七月舉辦的Challenge 36事宜。

今天返夜班,早上相約亞霍操一長課,天氣不太熱,約18℃,但濕度頗高87%。 從大圍火車站出發沿城門河經沙田走往馬場,右轉過橋後經馬安山走往烏溪沙,U-turn 後沿路走回馬場,再右轉沿吐露港走,直趨大埔,此約23km 路程走得都很輕鬆,約4:53/km;回程在近大爺王廟處見有汽水機,便停下購買飲料及小休了約8分鐘後才繼績起跑,走到馬場附近,距離終點還有約5km,雙腳疲態漸露,已不能保持5分鐘一公里,最後以3:05完成35公里的長課操練。
